I don't think this will happen, unless Arsenal are mad or somehow sleeping while Barcelona steal this kid from under their nose. But I get why Barcelona will want to go for him because he would fit Barcelona's play perfectly.
Barcelona are now feeling the loss of Dani Alves. Nobody else on that team does what he does, and that attacking element that can produce that key chance is gone. Bellerin is no Alves, but he can do a lot to add the offensive power they are missing. The South American three-headed monster can't always be on it in every game.
Bellerin should stick with Arsenal for now. But if Barcelona are serious, I don't know how he says no to them. Arsenal are not going anywhere realistic with Wenger, so Barcelona offers development, trophies and just a better environment for a Spanish player like himself to grow in.
